Order Placement
Order placement to be made via email at prettylittleones@gmail.com. Kindly include the following details in your email to us :

Name
Contact number
Mailing Address
Style number
Size
Delivery mode (Normal Mail/Registered Mail/Courier Services)
Payment mode (Internet Banking/Fund Transfer)

Alternatively, you may download the order form and send completed form to us via email together with your particulars .

Upon receipt of your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. Payment to be done within 3 days upon receipt of order confirmation email. PLO reserves the right to cancel your order if payment is not received.


Delivery
We can deliver to any address in Singapore except the airports, offshore islands, Jurong Islands , military installations, prisons, ports, construction sites and PO boxes.

Your order will be fulfilled between 3 and 7 business days from the time you make the purchase. Delivery hours are between 9am and 7pm on business days. If an item is out-of-stock and you choose to wait for it, the delivery may be later than 7 business days. In such cases, we will contact you. If we are unable to fulfill your orders within the stated time frame, we will contact you for further instructions.

We provide delivery at $8 for orders less than $200. Delivery is FREE for orders $200 and above. For overseas delivery, please email us for shipping cost and we will advise you accordingly.

For delivery by Normal Post or Registered Post, postage charge to be advised in the order confirmation email.

Note : PLO will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged mails via normal mailing.


Currency
All Singapore Orders are charged in SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD).


Order Alteration or Cancellation
NO Alteration of order/Refunds/Cancellation/Exchanges will be entertained once payment has been made and items sent. With the exception for the followings :

· Items delivered are different from what is stated on the invoice.

· Items found to be dirtied / torn during courier delivery.

For wrong items or dirty/torn items received, there will be a one to one exchange.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order and arrange for the products to be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order (at your own cost). All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipts, in the original packaging with all the merchandise tags attached and in the original condition. Please allow us 7 business days to arrange for the exchange of products.

Please also note that exchange and refund do not include postage and shipping charges.

PLO reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any product that does not meet the above requirements.


Color Variation
We take every effort to show you as accurate as possible on products and information. Due to differences in colour calibration for different computers, the colour of the items you see on your monitor may vary from the actual colour. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Sales & Clearance Items
Sales & Clearance item/items is/are strictly not returnable, refundable and exchangeable. Items that are on sale or discounted will be on a 24 hours reservation upon processing your order. If payment is not received, we will release the item to the next customer in line.
